I hate failed CRM projects!

I absolutely hate them! And there are still far too many of them! The last time I did a Google search for "crm failures" there were more than 3 million entries. Now, part of the reason for this is that too many of the east-coast pin-head analysts seem to get some perverse pleasure from writing about failed projects. I think they are just being lazy. It is just easier to sit on the sidelines and criticize than it is to actually help people succeed with their CRM efforts!

So, at this site, I guarantee you will get more than that. I believe the only reason to do CRM is to finally use all of this technology to actually take better care of your customers. I also firmly believe that if you don't take care of your custmers, somebody else will! Especially during our current economic turmoil!
